Apartamentos Madrid

BOOKING / PAYMENT
Once confirmed the availability of one of our apartments, the client will proceed to make the booking facilitating a number of his/her credit card.
The full payment of the reservation will be payed at the time of arrival, the apartment will be paid by the customer in cash or by credit card. Exceptionally, this payment can be made by bank transfer, provided that: The corresponding net amount (cost of transfer will be in charge) is received in our bank account one week before your arrival or before the end of the previous book (in for renewal). The guest is obliged to confirm the entry by sending a copy of the receipt by email or fax or an email indicating the amount and exact date of admission.

Damage deposit
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a bond to guarantee the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damages caused by you or your party will be deducted from your deposit and you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the amount of bail.
Will be requested upon arrival a damage deposit of 150€ euros. This damage deposit will be paid in cash or by credit card.

Cash:
All deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full on departure, after inspection of the undamaged apartment.
Credit Card: When you arrive you will provide a number of valid credit card in which is authorized to charge your card the amount corresponding to the bond.

ARRIVAL
The day of his arrival, the apartment will be available from 13:00 h. If for any reason, you plan to arrive before this time, please let us know and we will try to stay before long as possible. Please note that for arrivals after 24:00 hours to 07:00 am There is an additional fee of twenty euros (20.00 €) to be paid in cash to the person responsible for his reception.

OUTPUT
Departures are at 11:00. If you need a later departure if possible please ask at the time of arrival. We will try to accommodate you in case our next arrival is not early the same day. If possible, you can stay in the apartment until 18:00, paying 50% of the rent per night. Any departures after 18:00 pm will be subject to the total price per day. The day of your departure you must leave the apartment tidy with the trash properly. Note that in case there is paid the cash bond and its output is produced after 24:00 hours until 07:00 am There is an additional fee of twenty dollars (20.00 €) to be paid in cash the person responsible for the inspection of the apartment.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS
The client will give to Apartamentos Madrid the number of guests included in the booking. Unless otherwise agreed with Apartamentos Madrid, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except children under two years. Pets are only allowed if permission has been granted specifically. At the time of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Apartamentos Madrid at its sole discretion shall have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation.

CLEANING
Cleaning each property is done before the arrival of each client. For stays longer than ten days will be cleaned every seven days. On the day of departure, the customer must leave the apartment in reasonable condition. Take out the trash the night before and clean the dishes. If not, we will charge the cost of additional cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request at a cost of twenty euros (20.00 €)

BEHAVIOR
Please note the Terms of Apartamentos Madrid. Disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying at Apartamentos Madrid should know that if there are parties or loud music is heard, and the neighbors complain and / or call the police, this may result in immediate eviction regardless of time of day or night .
The client signing the contract at the entrance will be subject to a proper and decent behavior from everyone accompanying him. If this person or any person accompanying him does not behave properly and responsibly, Apartamentos Madrid will have the right to ask the client and the persons accompanying him to leave the apartment without the right to future claims or any compensation.

This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
Remember also that when you book Apartamentos Madrid have already accepted our terms and conditions, however a signed copy of this document at the time of arrival, therefore be expected to abide by these rules. The person signing the contract is responsible for correct and decent behavior of all persons accompanying him.
The hours of rest are daily at 22.00 PM to 9.00 AM
We highly appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary, and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
No dogs and cats.
NO smoking is allowed inside the apartments.

Responsibilities
Apartamentos Madrid has a liability insurance and will not be directly responsible for any direct or indirect that may arise as a result of misuse has made the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, losses from fire, theft or behaviors criminals. In case of any violation of the aforementioned obligations, Apartamentos at its sole discretion shall have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment.
