Magnificent apartment located 50 meters from the Plaza Jacinto Benavente, and just 200 meters from the well known Plaza del Sol km 0 of Spain, in the symbolic center of Madrid. Located in the Atocha Street. Connected to the metro station Sol and several bus lines. The apartments are newly renovated. The apartments are totally independent. Accommodation of 50 m2, with living room, one bedroom ,kitchen equipped with last generation. Great to know and enjoy Madrid.

Conditions
