About Check-In:
By confirming the reservation of the property, we will email you confirmation of your reservation.
You must tell us the estimated time of arrival and your flight or other means of transportation.
Time Apartment entrance is between 14:00 to 21:00. If you want to enter the apartment earlier, let us know and we will try to do everything possible. If the apartment is ready, you can come earlier. If you want to check in after 21:00 you can by contacting our flagship Maestro Churrero cafe situated only 10 meters from the building site Atocha 19, where our staff will guide the process of check-in and locate the representative Apartamentos Madrid to help with your Check in.
(The address of the cafe is Maestro Churrero Jacinto Benavente Square 2, 28012, Madrid).
On arrival at our offices located at Calle Atocha 19 1ºLeft, will be met by a representative of Apartmentos Madrid.
If you check-in after 00:00 will incur a supplement of 20€ that you will have to pay to the representative of Apartmentos Madrid.

If you find something broken, or if something breaks, go to the office Calle Atocha 19 1º Left, and explain the situation to a representative of Apartamentos Madrid.

On Check-out
time of departure (check-out) is 11:00 am. If you want to leave later, and no other guests arriving the same day, you can stay until 14:00.
For departures from 14:00 to 18:00 hr. Will be charged the equivalent of half day rental. And later at 18:00 hr. Rent will be charged a full day.
